The Flakpanzer 38(t) Gepard (Sd.Kfz. 140) was a German self-propelled anti-aircraft gun used during World War II, built on the chassis of the PzKpfw 38(t) light tank. To create the vehicle, the original tank turret was replaced with an open-topped, octagonal superstructure featuring folding armor plates and armed with a single 2 cm FlaK 38 anti-aircraft gun. A total of 141 units were produced before production ended in 1944. In combat, the vehicle proved largely ineffective against Allied aircraft due to its thin armor protection and insufficient firepower.
